STOUT

Dry stouts are black with a creamy, thick head and smell of roasted coffee, barley and chocolate.  Oatmeal stouts are slightly sweeter than dry and the added oatmeal gives a long-lasting head and silky smooth mouthfeel.  Sweet or Milk Stouts are the sweetest style balanced against the bitterness for a rich, complex brew.
